Cancellation and Refund Policy

Up and until 60 days before the commencement of the event, an admin fee of 10% will be levied.

Up and until 30 days before the commencement of the event, an admin fee of 50% will be levied.

No refunds will be made within 30 days of the commencement of the event.

Under no circumstances will entry fees be carried over to the next year.
